2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are automatically confirmed once submitted through our booking system.

A consultation form must be completed before your appointment. Please arrive with enough time to complete this if not done in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the consultation reveals any contraindications.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice may result in restrictions on future bookings.

No-shows without prior notice may result in being unable to book future appointments.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

We accept cash and card payments.

Prices may change without notice, but you will always pay the price that was confirmed when you booked.

We cannot guarantee specific results as nail condition and individual reactions can vary.
